The problem with calling the Arizona Diamondbacks “D-backs” is that it sounds an awful lot like “D-bags.” In fact, it sounds so similar that that’s all I can hear the announcers saying as I watch the D-bags take on the Dodgers. Why not just call them Snakes or Diamo-B’s? Or Diamond-BKs? Or just go for it and call them the The Douches?

But seriously they’re a fun team to watch.
