Oh Sweet Relief

I finally missed a day posting to the new Tumblr blog. I had a streak going. One post for every day of 2008. It got to the point where I would post something just to keep the streak alive. But yesterday I failed. It ended. And honestly… I couldn’t be happier. Now there’s no pressure to keep the streak up. I actually think it was a bad thing. Tumblr makes it drastically too easy to post, so much so that I went from not posting enough to posting too much. I’m trying to come up with some kind of editorial filter from now on. Hopefully I can strike a nice balance.
